We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the Order and you will not incur any fees for such refund.
For Goods to be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
The Goods have been purchased within the last 14 days
The Goods are in their original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The delivery of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The delivery of Goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, are likely to spoil rapidly or have expired.
The delivery of Goods which by their nature are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
Delivery of Goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods which do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only Goods at regular price are eligible for return. Unfortunately, Sale Goods are not eligible for return. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. We therefore recommend that you use an insured and tracked postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return shipment.
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the items were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver placed the order to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
